The odd check-in procedure wasted time and caused unnecessary frustration!!! Also, the large king bed was just two double beds pushed together—definitely not ideal for couples seeking closeness!!!

The fresh pasta from Italian Dining Vicolo was a culinary delight, and breakfast at the hotel offered a fantastic variety of Asian dishes. Plus, the overall cleanliness and stylish ambiance of the hotel made the stay feel extra special!
While I found unidentified black spots on the sheets a bit of a bummer, the service shined through—especially the daytime staff who were pretty great at communicating in English, although the night staff could use a little help.

Great for families looking for a solid stay
The breakfast buffet was fantastic and really high quality. I remember sitting there, savoring the variety, and thinking how it was one of the best meals we had on this trip. Plus, there was a market downstairs that was just very nice, we got snacks for our late-night munchies.
The price was a bit steep but still manageable.

The breakfast was a delightful mix of Japanese and Western dishes, and I loved grabbing free drinks in the lounge from 1-9 PM after a long day! The serene garden and cozy seating areas offered great spots to unwind. Just a heads-up, the shower setup was a bit tricky to navigate at first, but it didn’t ruin my stay. 😊

The hotel features modern decor and a stylish lobby with a calming garden and pond view, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast offers an appealing selection of homestyle Japanese dishes, perfect for starting a busy day. However, communication for room servicing was challenging at times due to staff language barriers, and room space could feel cramped for families. Also, while the afternoon and evening snacks were generous, they became repetitive after several days.

Our week-long stay was enhanced by a fantastic variety of Asian breakfasts and the bustling market downstairs that provided convenient late-night snacks. The combination of excellent bathroom products and a unique soaking bath experience brought a taste of Japan right into our room. The location was a highlight, with a supermarket right downstairs for added convenience and a serene atmosphere despite being close to downtown. The lounge provided complimentary snacks and beverages, perfect for unwinding in the evening.
